As an outreach committee member on ZoGSS, our goal is to develop and coordinate outreach events to our local community in Stillwater. This year, we have successfully re-established a science club for 2nd-5th graders at Highland Park Elementary!! In this weekly after school club, our OSU graduate students have organized and led kids in activities relevant to our subjects of expertise (e.g., herpetology, parasitology, plant biology).
